Before founding his own company, Alex held senior A&R positions at renowned labels including Warner Records, Capitol Records, and Atlantic Records/APG.
He has signed numerous multi-platinum artists and served on the Grammy Awards Committee. Billboard Magazine has recognized Alex's contributions to the independent music sector by naming him to its prestigious “40 Under 40” and “Indie Power Players” lists.
